How it works
Reads a session or configuration from one coding agent, converts it to a neutral intermediate representation and writes it out for the other. It carries conversations, CLAUDE.md and AGENTS.md instructions, MCP server settings and skills folders. It is plain Node.js with no dependencies. Nothing is written until --apply is passed.
